About the Weekend Services

Each weekend at Crossroads you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music. A printed outline for notes and a large-screen slide presentation help you make the most of the practical and relevant message. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled Pier29 Kids service.

About what to expect

Visiting a church for the first time can be a little intimidating. People tend to worry about what to wear and what to say . . .and then there's the whole ohmagosh-what-if-they-make-me-stand-up-and-introduce-myself fear. Here's the deal: You can totally relax at Crosswind. We want to meet you wherever you are--spiritually, emotionally,relationally, and about any other"ly" you can think of. We don't pressure; we invite and encourage. Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

About how to dress

Yeah, we really don't care what you wear. Wear jeans. Wear shorts. Wear a tie if you like. You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our Weekend Services. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Crosswind is not about what you look like or what you wear.

About Our Services

Typically, our worship services last a little over an hour, and they're wrapped up in a package that'll catch and hang on to our culture-induced 3.2 second attention span. (Band. Movie clips. Drama.)

About my children

We love kids, and there are about a gazillion of 'em running around here. Parents don't even have to bribe them to come. They like it. Imagine. At Crosswind your children are a top priority. Our nursery is clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children's ministry called Pier29 Kids as well as life-changing ministry to students from junior high through college.

About my teenagers

About getting connected

There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending Growth Track. Our small groups are another great way to connect. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

Our desire is to see you find life’s true direction begins with Growth Track. It offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step into leadership.

About small groups

Small groups (what we like to call Growth Groups) are an important part of Crosswind; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced our small groups. Groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As Crosswind grows, groups allow us to “stay small” and connected.
